Jules is a BIAC mentor from Lafayette on the Front Range. After 50 sessions of ECT (electroconvulsive therapy), she lost more than 80% of her long-term memory. She talks about the trauma before and after ECT, and explains how laughter really is the best medicine, along with reading, meditation and close friends at BIAC.
